Intro movies in Season mode?

In season mode my game, for some reason, doesn't play the intro video(the one that gives a preview of the stars in each team). It does play in quick-matches yet it doesn't play in season mode. Can someone give me an answer to why it's unable to?

check your presentation settings, loading movies should be turned on

it doesn't do it in season mode and association mode due to the higher possibility of trades

I still chuckle when the pregame announcer says something like the star-studded team of the Miami Heat. lols.
