Is there any way to edit players skin tones?

so as the tittle says my question is , if is there any way to edit players skin tones ( not created players ) i remember there was one program which gaved the chance to edit such a things on nba live, im wondering is there any kind of program or any way to edit player skintones in 2k9 ? Cause players like R.Butler or Collins from clippers has one skin tone on face and totally different on body and that just drives me crazy.
