editing the calf sleeves

as we all know, the games default calf sleeves are too long.is there a way to shorten the games calf sleeves, like making the bottom half transparent, like what we are doing with hair, so we can shorten the calf sleeves? thanks

I too would like a way to fix this. There's some guy who was able to do it, but it wasn't in iff format. Maybe someone should ask him. Here's the post:
