What is hands? How raised hands affect the shooter?
What is the difference between the attribute "steal" and "steal success" in the defense tab?

"HANDS" are very important in defence : cutting passes, blocking shots(player that have nice blocking rating make opponent to score heavier but hands make the ball of block goes to cheap seats)
