How to remove hair?

May I know how it should be done? (etc- remove Melo's rows)
I guess it has something to do with 835DC651_21 image..
but how do i make a transparent image to cover the hair?
can any guru here list down all the necessary tools needed to get this done..
Or tell me the exact way to a CF's hair..
