Delete/disable the Nba Blacktop bar

Hi guys, maybe i'm crazy, but i want to KILL the nba blacktop bar, it cause a loss of fps (about 30 fps lost ) in pickup games, dunk contest and the others, so i want to know how i can disable that bar, what can be done for delete it! Pleaseeeee!

how are you so sure that that bar is what is causing your issue?

When i join the game, for example a 3pt shootout, in a first time the bar is not visible and the frames per second are on 65-70, then, when the bar appears the fps go down to 35-40.. i don't like this
