Replace white shoe texture?

Can the white generic shoe texture be replaced? I could adjust the shoes one by one for all players but this would be a lot of work. I also think that cpu-generated rookies have generic shoes that would be plain white as well.

How can I get rid of the white generic shoe? I have the official patch.

i found that when i went into the in game editor and moved it off generic shoe, back on to generic the shoes came back. Its timely but works, at least for me it did

Yes...I also did that but players still wore those white shoes in a game ALTHOUGH the white shoes are gone in the editor. And rookies will have those white shoes as well.
