how can i edit generated rookies?

every 5to10 rookies looks the same
and all of them have ankle socks
they don't have accessories
after 10 or 15 years in assoc. i have alot of similar looking players
how can i edit their hairstyle?
or their default accessories?

man,im bored with this to...just in second season its look so nasty
dunno how change it(
im editing all rookies by myself
add them accesories,shoes, ect.
