EXE EUROPE, Patch and Texmod

Hi everybody,
Here is my problem : I'm french and so i use an original nba 2k9 Europe. But, for texmod, i must use an EXE US (crack), because french EXE don't work with Texmod. With the last patch for pc, i have the same problem. I must change new exe by old Exe us to carry on to play with bull's96 etc...So, i loose the advantages of new patch.
If you have suggestions or if you give me your exe patched, i will loooove you
