Stadiums switched by renaming the stadium iff files for NBA 2k9 PC. Change s030.iff (09 allstar court) to s611.iff (nighttime Rucker) to do this switch on your computer. Make sure to backup your files.

HEy Jao what format do you save to not get the black bars on the side?

How did you convert to 16:9?

PS: I used Fraps FULL SCREEN capture which you know recorded in avi

tools > options
change 4:3 to 16:9

with full screen do you mean "full size" "60fps"?

full size = full screen, same diff

I did use full screen are there any other settings i missed on fraps?

its like I said on aim

you are running 1600x1200, a 4:3 aspect ratio resolution

you can't crop out the top and bottom of the video in WMM to create an HD video

so unless you change your in-game resolution to x720, 1440x990 or 1680x1050 or some other widescreen resolution you arent going to be able to get the full HD
