Mods causing strange glitch

This happens a lot, I'll be playing a game then all of sudden one big texture will take over the entire screen. Like a players face, or something unrecognizable. Either that or the players skin will go green.

Here's an example.



Why is this happening and what can I do to stop it? If it matters, these mods are installed and I still run a mod through texmod, the PlayStation icons mod.

I would say its the texmod textures, but the icons mod wouldnt cause this


trying playing without texmod for a bit and see if it still happens

That fixed it, I played a whole game against the Celtics with the Cavs. Pierce lit me up for 41 points but it still played all the way through lol.
