Database editing in 2k9 ?

In NBA live series program which be helpful for databse editting was DB Commander 2000 Pro. Is there any other program which be usefull for editing databse in NBA 2k9 ? If there may I playes tell me what is that name and where I may buy it/download for free.

Probably a Bin Editor is necessary to edit the database, other than that there are a few more file types I don´t know what they contain.
