Long shot question (Living Rosters Stats Formula)

Kinda want my own Living Rosters feature for the pc (since its only available in console) so... does anyone (like what my title sez, long shot) know here the formula or calculate on how they update the tendencies, etc...

o mannn... i really lack research... this is a damn good site... thanks man... this site is really good for creating the perfect(maybe, or almost if I am really that damn good ) tendencies of each player and updating them for real life simulation...

i got study this and get this either in a spreadsheet where in it can auto calculate the necessary living roster update...
