NBA 2k10 faces in 2k9

Sun Jan 15, 2012 6:32 am

Hey guys,

Does anyone know a way to insert NBA 2k10 faces into 2k9???
I prefer 2k9's graphics and gameplay and I'm trying to make a 95/96 season patch and I found many marvelous creations for 2k10 that I would like to use in 2k9...

I've tried to work them on Blender and then inserting it in a 2k9 png, but it doesn't work, cause the game crashes...

Anyone got an answear?

Appreciate it.

Cheers!

Thanks, man!
I'm following those procedures!

But I can't open n2km files on Autodesk 3ds Max 2012...
It doesn't even give that option... only .max, .drf. and .chr
I copyed n2kmod.ms and even ble_n2km_export.py and ble_n2km_import.py into Autodesk\3ds Max 2012\Scripts\Startup, but it still don't appear that file extension for me to select...

What am I doing wrong?

those scripts might not be compatible with that version, the blender scripts dont work with the latest version of blender

But i'm trying to use 3ds max.
The problem is that I can't import n2km files even though I copied n2kmodtool.ms into Autodesk\3ds Max 2012\Scripts\Startup...

I try to modify a 2k9 png on blender.
I open a 2k10 face and export just the face (not the eyes, the hairband or any other objects) as an .obj
Then I import that file to a 2k9 png face file, resize the new face and substitute the 2k9 face object for my 2k10 face.
I export the whole think as .n2km and import it to the 2k9 png file through NBA2KX ModTool 12. Even if I select to substitute all or just xyz this is the result... The faces looks like a porcupine with all those edges coming off from it...

Any sugestions?
