Coach Mode Sliders and Coach Profiles?

New to the game and enjoy playing in coach mode......

Can someone recommend a set of sliders (and how to install them as I am clueless) good for coach mode.

Also, is their a way to download coach profiles - and if so what are the best and how to install?
