Help with cyberfaces

I'm new here and I'd like to know how do make cyberfaces, or at least what programs to use, because I looked to the ones pinned in the other patches forum and it didn't work one bit, and since this is the help forum, I'm hoping in getting some starting help. I wanted to create cyberfaces for some of the new rookies and also some that didn't get drafted but I want them in my game. So, any help?

Photoshop and 3d studio max are the main programs used. Also need iff editor beta 9 and 3 d mod tool.

okay, Photoshop I have, iff editor and 3d mod tool I get from here...but where is that 3d max studio? and, is there any way you can give me some "lights" in how to start doing it? it would be greatly appreciated
