First Open The Package Mode
Then Click On This Picture then browse then find your nba2k9 folder and then nba2k9.exe
Click 2 times on nba2k9.exe
Then the picture will show the nba2k9 icon

Then we go to Logging Mode
First You need to check the first three options
The Other 2 aren't so serious so don't check them
Then we need to select which format Texmod will save your textures now i'm using png format because it is used for design, portraits and other stuff like jerseys
Then we need to select which button in Texmode will save your textures i'm using F5 but you can use other it's no difference
Then we need to select the output folder where the textures will be saved i'm using my texmod folder so it will be easy
Then we need to select the deffile where the textures names will be located the back of the name needs to have the \TexMod.log just select a folder copy the name of it and paste it and then add the \TexMod.log
So yeah we are finished with the configurations

Click Run And We're ready to go
When you click run the game will start
On the left side of the screen there will be words that are saying:
Press + or - to select a texture and the log with we selected like F5 or something else to save it.
Press, to reload replacement textures.- this feature isn't so serious so don't use it :)
Hold * to drawn textures - this feature isn't so serious either so don't use it :)
Press / to reset filter mode - this feature isn't so serious either so don't use it :)
Textures loaded: - this thing will show how much textures are available.
Filtered: - about this thing i don't know much so won't use it or look it

How To Extract Textures In Nba2k9 Using Texmod Program:
Just click + or - to look at the textures and press your seted Log with which i use F5 the Low with will extract textures
+ means a texture in front
- means a texture backwards
Log with Which i use F5 will extract textures in your selected output folder which i'm using my Texmod Folder
When you're selecting your textures new stuff will add:
Selected Textures [****/****] this means that the first **** means what texture you're now selected and the other **** means how many textures there are available
Size: ****x**** this means the size of the texture
checksum: this means how the file will be named
When you want to extract your wanted texture press F5 or your other seted log with
When you extract the texture it will show up in your seted folder so the texture is in mine texmod folder
then we edit the texture using photoshop
We need to save the file the same name that it had and the same format

When we already changed the texture we need to save the file in tpf format:
Click On The Picture then browse then find your nba2k9 folder and then nba2k9.exe
Click 2 times on nba2k9.exe
Then the picture will show the nba2k9 icon
Go to Package Build Definition File Will Be The Same File Name As We Set The DefFile In Logging Mode Just Copy And Paste On That
Creator Name: You Can Put It But I Won't :D
Comment: This thing means when someones opens your tpf file it will say what thing it is
Then Press Build
We need to name our tpf file
If it was succesed normally
then it will be saying Success! Textures Added.

Nba2k9 Patch Instaliation:
Process:
*Open TexMod program, click on the icon and select your NBA 2K9. 'Exe' file- In Package Mode
*Here we can see a folder press on it and click browse then you presson your created tpf file
*Click On Run, And Whoala you created your patch and installed it using Texmod
*One More Thing when using texmod you need to run the patch every time you want to see your patch in 2k9
