In jersey editing, how can we edit the sequences 01 and 03?

sequence 01 is pretty easy, you just have to experiment with the colors. sequence 3 is a little more complicated. The alpha layer is more important than the actual image.

Regarding the sequence 03, how can I edit/change/remove the "inside" effect of the team's name/logo without affecting the jersey texture?
