Problem with NBA 2k9

Hello there! I have a problem playing NBA 2k9. Everything is fine installing, but when i want to start playing, i click icon, and nothing happens.
My conf: CPU Intel Celeron 1.7
Ram 768mb
Vcard Geforce 7600GT AGP
360W Zalman
I have played this game few months ago ON THIS SYSTEM, so i dont know whats the problem.
Hope you will help :/ i really like this game.
Install is on G: HDD, and i have tried installing on C:,G: HDD's.
