White generic shoes & missing texture: which IFF?

Does anybody know the white generic shoes' iff file? I did some tests without success. There are shoes, pshoeswhite, pshoesblack. I tried to replace them, delete them and so on and so forth. Finally, I deleted all of the files but the generic shoes were still white without a texture and so were all the other shoes. All textures were gone.

But there MUST be a way! Why don`t 2ksports just tell us the file and we can replace it on our own?
