RAR and IFF files

Some people posted that thier files are in IFF or TPFfor download. But when I download them, they apeared as RAR files. Id there something wrong?

How can I convert them to iff files or tpf files? Please

rar files are just like zip files, download winrar or another extractor to take care of those files.

do you know what a zip file is? How it is a compressed folder pretty much? Well a rar is exactly the same kind of deal

you need a program like winrar that will uncompress the files so you can extract the iff files readmes and other stuff to use in the game.

dude what jao's trying to say is, after you have extracted the files those files are already in those formats, iff and tpf, so you just patch them into your game for iff, and for tpf file you use txtmod. so you dont have to convert anything.
