those 2.0 dunk packages

how to unlock those 2.0 dunk packages,or any other new dunk packages?

People had these on consoles only. I think they come with the roster updates. You should look for rookies in the assoc, some had dunk# packages there

Maybe in the next roster editor some should add dunk package select
