Is Memphis a fast breaking team ?

Hey, the stats in the game[i'm using original roster] for memphis says that this is a fast breaking team and without running plays. is this true ?

i know Gay gets out for the fast break often , but dunno if that makes the team a fast break team

so what ratings for this team will be the best. [ratings=Run Plays, Fast Break, Crash Boards, etc.] can you help me - i don't know how to fast break i'm playing Memphis and i don't know how to make Memphis's game realistic. How to leave Rudy Gay on fast break and how to do fast break?
