Substitution by Rotation

So i was playing against the Cavs, and I set their rotations settings before i played the game, also setting the substitution to rotational as well, but during the game I see Hickson come in as a substitute for the cpu's team but i have set his minutes to 0mins in the rotation screen. Any ideas why the cpu plays a player that I have set 0mins for in the rotation screen?

The CPU does not substitute by rotation unless you go in and set it for them.

Do you mean by pausing at the beginning of each game and set it?

I believe you only have to pause the game once to take control of the CPU and change their coaching substitution style to rotation instead of fatigue.

Just take control of the cpu team using the keyboard and adjust the Coaching option so that the substitution is by rotation and then go back to the control select screen and move back the keyboard icon to the middle so you are playing against the CPU.
