CPU substitution between quarters

Hi guys,
though I have to play 2k9 with low graphic settings I'm really happy 'bout the game. It's the best in years for PC.
One thing that annoyes me is that CPU substitutes Starting 5 back in between quartes even when they were replaced by bench players 2 minutes left in the quarter before.
Did you find the option to turn off auto-substitution between quartes or something like stamina-reset in quarter break?
