I think replays and cut scenes is in options settings and make it "On".

Try to run the game without using texmod.

'we have the same problem. Are you playing association mode? Mine is both on frequent but still nothing happens.

Chillbally, hulkamaniac9876 have you tried different settings and rosters or maybe try the default settings and rosters just to see if its the cause... also, i think it's nothing to do with the global.iff... Ok guys! Hope you solve your problem... (Y)
