sorry if this is a repeat question.
I just downloaded a new roster file and have it installed but I was wondering if there is a way to use the new roster in my ongoing season?
I don't want to have to start over.

You cant but you can try update the roster by resigning your position and trade on different teams, just remember to back up.

no issue, buty no it isn't possible outside of the game yet with roster releases, gotta try and do it in game yourself
