Just can"t get open :(

I"m playing on pro, but my problem is that I just cant get open on a half-distance shoot..all my shoots are forced!....im playing actions,4 quick...passing is fast, but opposite defenders are just perfect..my players can"t stay open to shoot normally without defender

drive and kick, run plays or come off screens, its what i do

use pick & roll a lot to get open look j..... or use a stutter moves about 60% of times you can get open look...... size up moves also gives you an open j..... when in the middle of sizeup moves pull the trigger as soon as possible..... still can be blocked thought........
