Player Morale

It is really problem.I get Batum in 76ers but he is unhappy and he wants trade.He is 19 old rookie and he plays about 20 minutes per game and his role is starter.My score in NBA is 14-4.I have some players who are unhappy too.Dalembert,Marshall.How to fix it?

the problem goes by roles, usually i spread the minutes by the players role
demands by role(opinion):
starters: 26-30 mins
sixth man: 20-25
role player: 10-19
prospects: 2-9
Bench warmers: 0-2
thats just my opinion, so try it out.

He's a start yet getting 20. I don't know, but players get pissed if they're starters and dont' get 29-34...
Although the rookie should know his role.. he only plays 15 on the blazers.

You should have kept his role as prospect or role player and start him anyway. Anyone whose role is set as starter expects 29+ minutes per game.

Thanks guys,you help me a lot.I had the best record in league and i won nba championship,i like to play more than simulate and now,in new season almost everyone's rating is increased.My starters have 30-32 minutes,sixth mans 20-23,role player 10-15,prospects 5-6 and bench warmers really warm the bench.
