.mip/.dbm files with official patch???

I noticed there were a lot of new files that came with the official patch. The .mip/.dbm files, the face/chest etc. But I tried removing them and they changed nothing. Anyone here know what they do? I'm thinking of deleting them all since they take about 1.71 MB each times a thousand players that's a lot of memory.

Just delete them they dont do or change anything ingame they are just a bunch of junk

are you sure they dont do anything? it's almost 1.2gb of data...i bet they do something for the game...if not for this version maybe for the next update...if there will be
