Adding Realistic Rosters

Whats up everyone, I need help figuring out how to add a ROS file to NBA 2k9. I'm running on vista ultimate 32 bit, and I can"t find the proper folder to copy to. You guys are geniuses here, can anyone help?

*user*\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\
i believe if you type in %appdata% into run on vista it will take you too that folder as well
anyway, make sure you can view hidden folders
