Previewing face patches

I wanted to know if there's a tool in which I can preview these not in-game, or a way to extract the texture file (ebo?) from the iff file. There was a way to do it in Live, but I'm not sure how to do the same in 2k.

I want to know this so I could quickly compare between face patches of the same player to decide which one is better, instead of testing them in-game.
