possible to create 90's Houston Rockets court .iff file?

I am hoping to find out if someone will be able to make the old Rockets court Image. I remember the entire court had a giant rocket launch with smoke that was taking off into the center of the court. They only used it a few seasons around 1998 if I remember correctly. If this could be recreated for 2K9 that would be awesome but doubt it is possible. I couldn't find a picture of the court on google so even obtaining the graphics would be difficult. Anyways just a thought I would like to see in the game.

problem is that we dont have an iff editor that can edit courts & stadiums

there is a chinese group that has the editor but they are seemingly keeping it for themselves....

o rly? Is there any progress in making another editor or obtaining the Chinese one?
