Colour of accessories

hello,i dunno what about u guys,but as for me - colour of teams accessories must be corrected.Correct me if im wrong - but it can be changed (i mean colour of accessories) in .iff file.
So,i ask u - any ideas what file need to be edited to change colour of accesories?any methods?
