Changes Cavs FT Sound?

Is there anyway that if I can get an .mp3 of the actual horseclops sound that plays when the Cavs make a free throw, that anyone can replace the generic sound?

Well it seems that the files are .bin so I´m not sure if anyone can open and edit them. NFS games have a tool but it´s not working with those files. If you can create a Tool to open and edit the files then you probably can edit them.
