I just started by playing some 1 on 1, and my char and the cpu guy both are shooting airballs, i know this wasnt happening in the 360 version i played before. This happen to other people?

yes u will get airballs sometimes. in tha nba there are airballs but not much.

it happens to me too :cry: in practice mode and blacktop :? i really hate that, because i paid 30€ for the game that has a lot of bugs and there's no patch coming :evil:

it depends on ur release. go to practice mode and work on ur release.

NO IT DOESNT, i know how to play basketball games, it works fine in assosiation mode but only layups and dunks work in the street mode, they air ball everything else

Correct, practicing more has nothing to do with it, it really seems like there's some kind of bug that affects 1 on 1 and practice modes, but not regular 5 on 5 games.

I get air ball now and then in 5 on 5 game too!

During an actual game, I've only shot airballs with 3 pointers. For that, yes the release is critical because almost each player has his own shooting style, and the release will therefore depend on that.
But the CPU will also shoot airballs during games. Last night, Granger was scored quite a few 3pt shots against me, but he also airballed several of them when he was being contested. I don't know if it's because I only play on All-Star, maybe they never do in Superstar or HoF...
