Assigning playbook to keyboard key?

Hello forumers :D

Title say it all. How to assign playbook to keyboard key?..just like Live Series pressing 1,2,3,4 to playbook...when i assign B11 to keyboard 1 and press it ingame,nothing happen but my player suddenly label by B11,B12 and such.

OT: where is midtown melody playbook?
