What's ok??

No there's not a patch for staff (I assume you want real names for the coaches, assistants, trainers and scouts?). This may be possible through a roster editor, which we lack at the moment (but's been worked on...)
There's a way to patch shoes (through Texmod) search the forums I think someone was making one.
Jerseys I haven't seen, but I think it's possible through Texmod
Balls are not possible I think.
International and Euroleague are possible, rosters will be released when and if a Roster Editor comes (FlyingFinn is working in one). Regarding the artwork, currently the only way is through Texmod, that's until someone cracks the compression of the .iff files the game has.

@peachpit40 I'm sure there's a tutorial on how to import .png files to the game using Texmod, for the moment I'm not playing (only simming and playing blacktop) so I'm not using patches (only rosters), so I personally don't know how, but I know there's a nice tut made by Jaosming.
