Is it possible to mod animations?

I was just wondering if it was possible to mod animations, like signature style and whatnot.

It's impossible to know yet. People are still trying to crack the .iff file format, inside which lies all the data files of NBA 2K9. When they crack the compression and the files get to the open we will know what is and what is not moddable.
