Sir Andrew. I already change the COL in the teamgear, all of the accessories changed it's color but that particular gear does not. I don't know why.
And also I can't make the Acc Color into this color "14079702". The DB commander said it's an invalid value.
Please help me

Wait, is that a custom sleeve/undershirt? If so, that's an art texture; changing DBF values won't affect that, you'd need to modify the actual art file.

The Colour Chart should tell you everything that you need to know about creating hex codes. It also contains some of the most common ones, if you need a close approximation.

It'd be the arm texture (arm_tat), as far as I'm aware.
