Camera Hex Question

I was hoping to somehow Hex edit the broadcast cam for nba live 08 however there isnt any tutorials that go too deep on that.I tried editing the camera by myself but ofcourse ended up in crashes,i was hoping if anyone had any insight or tutorial on this situation or has some experience or luck trying to do this.
