Oedit for Windows 7 or 8?

Sorry if this isnt the right thread but does anyone know if there is an Oedit for Win7? or even 8?

oedit only works for Live 2003 and 2004 though, so one of those forums would have been more appropriate

I was trying to make a Summer league type of court using of your street courts as base,i was wondering how do you move the crowd?

you cant. oedit is for the old versions of the .o files, which acted like the ebo files of Live 08

What I did was use .o files from different stadiums in the game. The only front row one is from Live 2005, the dunk contest has a good halfcourt only crowd, but its just a matter of finding the right one.

Thanks for the pack Andrew,finally got it to work, but it seems as JaoSming said that .O files dont work for live 08.

Yeah, it's for 2003 and 2004 only.
