Hello,
When i try to install the rosters with tup 12 the game crashes and a couple things why is there no teams that you get with the tup 12 game?

When you mix and match patches, crashes are likely. The NLSC rosters and TUP 12 work best if they're applied to fresh installations of NBA Live 08 and not mixed together.
The rosters for TUP 12 contain some additional special teams that aren't in the NLSC rosters. Simple as that.
