hey guys just asking.. can any1 make an update about , having nba live 08,, a Multi Team Trade which involves 3 teams? and a multi player deal that involves 6 players?

No, absolutely impossible. 
It's the gameplay, can't change that. 
If you want that, try NBA 2k. 
Furthermore, when you play the CPU won't give a sh!t about the salary cap too. 
Just have to accept that, it's an old game for weak old PC/Lap.
