Trading Rookie Drafts! ASAP!! HELP!!

How can I trade my 2nd round pick for a 1st round pick? My team is the Champs Miami Heat who win 3 consecutive seasons with Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis. 3/4 of the off-seasons,I've traded Rashard Lewis and Antawn Jamison to Denver for Kenneth Faried, Javele McGee and Ty Lawson.I'd like to trade to Cleveland Cavaliers my second round pick for its 1st round pick for the next season. I've traded earlier my 1st round pick to Charlotte Bobcats for its 1st round pick using hex editor. By the way, I am using the HxD hex editor (HxD Hex editor is a free file editor-I've downloaded it in a review site where free softwares on top). My another question: Can I have at least for 4 first round draft picks using HxD Hex Editor for the next 2010-2011 seasons? Thank you very much.
