sir andrew, why is it that there are some instances that portrait will not appear? even though i already follow every instructions and also provided the player with CF.. did someone found a solution to this problem?

There's no need to address every question to me; in fact, I would much prefer that you did not. In particular, this would be an instance of addressing the issue to the person who made the portraits you're using, in their release thread.
