Court Help

Hey whats up guys
i am trying to start a court from scratch but when i use EBO Editor it gives me a script error
can someone explain what files is needed to open up a court and edit them
i've opened newjstd.ebo but the program crashes
it would be great help if someone could explain this quick and easy i dont really need a long explanation just a quick one to help me understand about the files a little more.

thanks i have that tutorial already but for some reason when i open a .ebo it crash
Hey i also have an aiact and anim files if someone wants to test them
i think they are pretty sweet and realistic
