Can somebody explain this correctly?

Can anyone point out what could be wrong this is what i have below.....

And this is what i get in game?? :( :shock: Looks nothing like what i have as you can see

Looks like the face doesn't really match the headshape, or doesn't have a headshape.

oh well everytime its put into test
its either shines too much or it just plain doesn't look like him.but is there a way to get it correct its driving me nuts ive been trying to figure it out for 3hrs?

So long as it has a proper alpha, it shouldn't have any problems with the lighting. Aside from that, it has to "fit" the headshape file to look right.

thanks by proper alpha you mean dropping those files into fshline right?
Also how can i tell what headshape fits or do i edit headshapes or pick a random one till i find one that fits?

Yes. The easiest method is to take an alpha from a face that already has one, as explained here:

As for the headshapes, ideally you'd modify the .ebo to create a custom one but that's fairly advanced (and something I'm not at all knowledgable about). Using existing headshapes and trying to find the best match is a viable alternative; obviously, you should narrow your choices down to players that have a similar shaped head/face.

The first shot is mine obviously
the head came out like it should
but look at the screen from the other member how does my CF face always seem to end up with no alpha it seems it just doesn't look like him in game no matter if my CF looks like the actual player.At least the 2nd screen looks like davis :cry:

If it looks like that, then it doesn't have an alpha layer.

let me try it again because i swore i used your file,tried both files and he still looks that way
i'll just take some more time and see whats wrong which i am following directions properly i've did the steps carefully over and over but i'll keep working with it thx :(
