Game crashes

when ever i go to edit a player or play a game it just crashes how do i fix this??

Considering that many things could possibly be causing that, we'll need more information. Error messages (if any), updates you have installed, changes you have made, etc.

ok so i made myself a cyberface and that worked fine till i showed my friend and it just crashes it says nba live 08 have encountered a problem and needs to close and askes me to send an error report so i reinstalled the game so it has no patches except the no cd patch
