BLACK SCREEN AFTER RUN NBA LIVE 08

Hi, guys, I really need help...
When I run NBA 08 nothing appears, just black screen and task manager tells me, that application is not responding...I really don´t know why...
I used to play NBA 06, it was OK, but NBA 08, as well as 07 does not work.
I don´t possess very strong computer, but it´s quite good and I meet all requirements, including video card and pixel shader (actually I have 4.0) -
I checked it here - http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/CYRI/intro.aspx and my OS is Win 7 and, as I mentioned, 06 runs awesome.
So if you could me help, I will appreciate it...

Do you have a pirated version of the game?
